Shipping & Returns
Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days of order unless otherwise stated on the home page of the website (i.e. if I am out of town, I will note that on the home page of the website with an updated processing time).
At this time, shipping is calculated based on location and weight. Sign up for our emails to be notified of free shipping events!
After the 1-3 day processing time, shipping is typically 2-5 business days. You will receive an email with your tracking number. Once the package has left my studio and is in the carriers possession, shipping is out of my hands.
We do our best to package your candles for shipping, but accidents can happen in transit. If your candle is broken upon arrival, please send us an email with your name, order number and a photo of the damage (both the box and candle) to email@example.com within 24 hours of receiving and we will work with you to find the best solution.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns and perform refunds. In the event you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can work out a resolution.
If your package is lost in shipping, we will work together to file a claim and resolve the issue.
At this time, we do not ship internationally. International shipping is coming soon - stay tuned!
