Shipping policy

Processing & Shipping:

All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days.  Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your products to your door.  Please be sure to confirm your address is correct upon submitting your order, Pedigree Candle Co. is not responsible for any packaged delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address.  If your package has been 'returned to sender', Pedigree Candle Co. is not responsible for any fees or additional shipping charged.  We will happily ship your package to a new address, but please be aware you are responsible for the re-shipping costs.

Late, Lost or Damaged Packages: 

Pedigree Candle Co. is not responsible for any delayed transit times.  We have no control over any transit issues that arise once the package is in the hands of the mail carrier.  If your package is delayed or lost in transit, a claim will need to be filed with the shipping carrier.  If your products are damaged upon arrival, please be sure to send an email with photos to hello@pedigreecandleco.com and we will work together to find a resolution. 

International Orders:

The customer is responsible for all applicable duties and customs.  International orders may take 20+ days to arrive once shipped.
